Hi, I'm Josef. Perhaps until recently, you were in a similar situation to me – I thought I knew what olive oil tasted like. But then I tasted the real thing. Fresh, full of life, with the scent of freshly cut grass, green tomatoes, and almonds. At that moment, I realized that what is commonly sold in supermarkets is very far from the true "liquid gold" from family farms.
Story
I decided I had to bring this culinary experience to the Czech Republic. I started communicating directly with family farmers in sunny Andalusia and Catalonia. I was looking for those who have known their trees for generations, press oil from the very first early harvest, and prove its quality with strict, government-verified sensory certificates.
My philosophy (What you'll find with me)
Personal selection: You won't find hundreds of average bottles with me. I have carefully selected every oil from farms like Finca la Torre, Basilippo, Oro del Desierto, or Miliunverd, and I stand behind them one hundred percent.
No compromise on quality: I select only extra virgin oils with absolutely no taste defects, and often from the rarest varieties – whether it's the ancient Farga variety or the fresh, early Arbequina.
An experience in every drop: Whether you're looking for a delicate organic oil for a salad or a complex and spicy one for a steak, I want every bottle you open to be a small celebration.
