Behind every bottle there is a story
All the farms I work with are run by amazing people. Many times, these people inherit their craft from generation to generation.
For example, in the photo, you can see me and Juan from Basilippo farm, which has stayed in my memory and heart. Juan is already the nth owner of Basilippo, and during my visit, he showed me his farm and the craft of producing the best olive oils. The process literally starts with communicating with the trees (hablar con los arboles) and ends with sales in the tasting room.
